Erika Barabás holds qualifications in journalism, public relations, and pedagogy, and is the creator of Cradle of Nutrition.

As a mother of two teenage children and a teacher to many others, Erika has firsthand experience with the challenges and joys of raising children at different stages—from pregnancy to parenting older kids. She believes that parenting is about mutual learning, where both parents and children grow together. As parents, we support our children with love and experience, but we also recognize that they, in many ways, are our teachers. As John Locke once said, “Children teach us what we have forgotten: how to see the world with clarity and wonder.”

Drawing on both her personal and professional experiences in child development, and with the unwavering support of her husband, Erika believes this blog can offer valuable assistance and insightful reading for women, mothers, and parents alike.
