Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head of cauliflower (about 2 cups florets)
  • ½ cup water, breast milk, or formula (for a creamier texture)
  • A pinch of mild spices (optional, like cinnamon or nutmeg)
  • 1 tsp olive oil or unsalted butter (optional for added richness)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets. The smaller the pieces, the faster they cook!
  • Steam the cauliflower florets for about 10-12 minutes, or until tender and easy to pierce with a fork.
  • Place the steamed cauliflower in a blender or food processor.
  • Add water, breast milk, or formula, and blend until smooth.
  • Add more liquid if needed to reach the perfect consistency.
  • You can sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to introduce new flavors, but this is optional.
  • Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
