- 1 small head of cauliflower (about 2 cups florets)
- ½ cup water, breast milk, or formula (for a creamier texture)
- A pinch of mild spices (optional, like cinnamon or nutmeg)

Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets. The smaller the pieces, the faster they cook!
Steam the cauliflower florets for about 10-12 minutes, or until tender and easy to pierce with a fork.
