  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary

For Decoration

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm water and olive oil.
  • Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  • Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours.
  • Transfer to an oiled baking pan.
  • Let rest for 20–30 minutes.
  • Dimple the dough with your fingertips.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
  • Create flower shapes using cherry tomatoes and parsley.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and serve.
