Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed, about 1 ¼ cup)
  • ¼ cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (reduce to 2 tbsp for toddlers)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based, optional for extra moisture)
  • ½ cup raisins (soaked & drained for toddler softness)
  • ½ cup walnuts, pecans, dark chocolate chips, or blueberries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas until smooth.
  • Stir in oil, honey/maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  • Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Mix gently.
  • Fold in raisins, nuts, or extras.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes, transfer to a wire rack, then slice & enjoy!
