- ¼ cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (reduce to 2 tbsp for toddlers)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
