Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe pear (peeled, cored, chopped)
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
  • A splash of breast milk, formula, or water to adjust texture

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the pear. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  • Simmer the pear with a splash of water for 5–7 minutes.
  • Add strawberries and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until just softened.
  • Transfer fruits to a blender or baby food processor.
  • Puree until smooth. Add liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Let cool to room temperature before offering to your baby.
