Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp (approx. 12 g) red lentils, rinsed
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small potato or sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 150 ml (½ cup) water
  • 1 tsp oliveor rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Place rinsed lentils and vegetables in a saucepan with water.
  • Simmer 15–20 min until soft.
  • Blend to a smooth purée. Thin with more water or breastmilk if needed.
  • Stir in oil and cool before serving.
