Ingredients
  

  • 10 slice soft white sandwich bread, Crusts removed

Egg & Mayo Filling

  • 3 boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Small squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Salmon Filling

  • 200 g smoked or cooked salmon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill (optional)

Avocado Filling

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese or yogurt
  • Pinch of salt

Prawn Filling

  • 150 g cooked prawns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Decoration

  • Thin cucumber slices
  • Radish slices
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges
  • Extra prawns

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fillings
    Mix each filling separately in bowls until creamy and spreadable.
  • First Bread Layer
    Place bread slices tightly together on a serving plate.
    Spread the egg and mayo mixture evenly.
  • Add the Salmon Layer
    Place another bread layer on top.
    Spread the salmon filling evenly.
  • Add the Avocado Layer
    Add another bread layer.
    Spread avocado mixture evenly.
  • Add the Prawn Layer
    Add another bread layer.
    Spread prawn filling evenly.
  • Final Bread Layer
    Top with the final bread layer.
    Press gently to keep the cake stable.
  • Frost the Sandwich Cake
    Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread over the entire cake — top and sides — like frosting.
  • Decorate
    Decorate with:
    cucumber ribbons
    radish slices
    dill sprigs
    lemon wedges
    prawns on top
  • Chill & Serve
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before slicing.
    Serve chilled.
